Applicants undergo an in-depth criminal and civil background checks, social security traces, employment and reference verification, military service verifications and a drug-screening program enhance our selection of the most qualified candidates. We also conduct a Department of Motor Vehicles and a credit history search, where required. All our security personnel are fully trained and licensed in accordance to state regulations.
