Field Management

At DCI, we understand that our management personnel need to be out in the field to work with our clients and employees. Our management is consummately dedicated to personal interaction, so our people work varied schedules to ensure 24 hours of coverage.

Equipment

It's DCI's practice to provide our officers with the appropriate equipment to perform their jobs effectively and to serve our clients in the required manner. Therefore, we have formed alliances with companies that produce uniforms, radios, incident tracking software, time keeping systems, equipment, etc. If a client has a specific need, DCI will make the necessary alliance with a supplier to provide our clients and officers with the appropriate equipment at the right price.

Uniforms

The types of duties our officers perform and the environments in which they work are changing. Therefore, we design flexibility into our uniform programs to adapt to various environments. We don't just offer the "military" and "soft" looks, rather, we provide a variety of styles, including business casual, in different colors.
